THIS IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
READ CAREFULLY
                                                                                                                                                                                          1. Whereas, (hereinafter known as the Undersigned), has a desire to participate in various exercise, workouts, Wrestling, Exhibition shows at KnokX Pro Entertainment, KNOKXPERIENCE shows outside the KnokX Pro Academy in Los Angeles Ca (Hereinafter known as the KPE.)
 
And;
 
2. Whereas, the Undersigned fully understands the risk involved in that it is possible to sustain serious injury during the course of said exercise and workouts, and; Wrestling shows.
 
3. Now therefore, in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the aforementioned exercises and workouts, I the Undersigned, fully covenant not to sue and forever discharge KPE its owners, officials, trainers, players, wrestlers and coaches (hereinafter known as the Release) from any and all liability to the Undersigned, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claims or demands thereof, on account of injury to the person or property resulting in the death of the Undersigned whether caused by negligence of Releases or otherwise.
 
4. The Undersigned further represents and warrants:
• That all logistics, costs and expenses associated with my participation in the academy, including but not limited to medical insurance, arrangements and expenses for travel, room and board, are my sole responsibility.
• That my participation in the KPE does not create any obligation on the part of KPE including with respect to future wrestling opportunities or services.  That I will be present on the date of my participation in KPE events. I am eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• That I am in excellent physical health with no limitations that would prohibit or impair my participation in wrestling training.
 
 
This agreement is in effect as of the date signed to below and willremain in effect now and forever.

STUDIO WAIVER FOR FILMING

This Waiver of Likeness ("Waiver") is made and entered into as of the 19th day of January,2025, by the participant for themselves and their heirs, executors, and assigns in favor of KnokX Pro Entertainment LLC also known as KPE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, promoters, agents, and employees (collectively, "KnokX Pro Entertainment LLC").

1. Permission to Film
The Participant hereby grants KPE permission to film, record, and photograph their likeness, voice, appearance, and performance (collectively, the "Likeness") during any filming, which includes but is not limited to studio recordings, live events, docuseries, documentaries, promotional material, or any other form of media produced by KPE (collectively, the "Filming").

2. Rights Granted
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that KPE shall have the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and broadcast the Filming in any medium now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to television, film, internet, and social media platforms, without any further compensation or approval required from the Participant.

3. Release from Liability
The Participant releases and discharges KPE from any and all claims, demands, damages, and liabilities arising from the use of their Likeness as provided herein, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy or infringement of intellectual property rights.

4. Acknowledgment of No Compensation
The Participant understands and agrees that they will not receive any financial compensation for the use of their Likeness in the Filming or in any resulting media. The Participant acknowledges that the value of their participation and the use of their Likeness is sufficient consideration for this Waiver.

5. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6. Entire Agreement
This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. Any modifications to this Waiver must be in writing and signed by both parties.
